Unwanted Items – Returns
You may return any item within 28 days of delivery in its unworn, unused condition and original packaging for a full refund of the price paid.
Personalised products can only be returned or exchanged if incorrect due to a production error or if the product is faulty. Once a name, number, or custom detail has been added to a product, we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective. The same applies if a player leaves the club or changes squad number during the season. Please ensure you carefully check your order details before submitting.
Gift cards and E-Vouchers are non-refundable. Gift cards and E-Vouchers are redeemable online only. Neither can be used to purchase tickets, food & beverage, or non-merchandise items.
Sale Items can only be returned or exchanged if the product is damaged or faulty.
Unwanted Items – Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 28 days of delivery, provided items are returned in original, unused condition. Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or any reasons other than faulty or defective products. If your requested exchange item is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We take pride in the quality of our merchandise. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we apologise. Please return the item to us within 28 days, indicating whether you would prefer a refund or exchange. We will cover return postage for faulty/incorrect goods and reimburse the cost once proof of postage is provided. Refunds will be processed using your original method of payment.
Automatic Refunds
If an item ordered is unavailable or out of stock, we will automatically issue a refund using the original payment method. We strive to ensure product availability at all times and apologise for any inconvenience.
