Shipping & Delivery Policy
We aim to deliver your purchase quickly and reliably so you can show your Roar colours with pride. Please read the following information to understand how we process and ship your orders.
Order Processing
- An order is considered final when placed before 5pm (AEST) on any business day. Any orders placed after this time will be considered final on the next business day.

Orders are typically processed within two (2) business days. Orders including personalised products will be processed in three (3) business days.
- Peak sales periods (e.g. pre-Christmas) may impact our typical processing times.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking details once it has been dispatched.
Delivery Times

Standard Delivery (Australia): Typically 3–7 business days from dispatch.

Express Delivery (Australia): Typically 1–3 business days from dispatch.

International Delivery: Delivery times vary by destination but are usually 10–21 business days. Please note customs clearance may cause delays outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery location, shipping method, and order size.
Tracking
All orders are sent with a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.
